The mural is part of the architectural renovation of the fire station designed by Salina architect, Warren Ediger. The mural features celebrated photographs of dedicated firefighters, bringing the history and stories of firefighting in our community to life. Housed on the exterior of the fire station, the mural honors the service and allegiance of those firefighters who diligently serve Salina. Krob’s design for the mural was selected from various submissions solicited by Ediger during the fire station renovation process.
