![]() Established in 1966, the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission is the policy-making body of the Arts and Humanities Department of the City of Salina. Salina Arts and Humanities Commissioners are twelve citizens who express an active interest in serving on the Commission. In addition, a high school student and a city commissioner serve in a liaison capacity. Commissioners serving all or part of 1999 are: Jane Alsop, Debora Cox Lou Ann Dunn, Tom Gates, Murray Gorman, Randal J. Graham, James Hall IV, Don Heath, Jeffrey Ingles, Charles Kephart, Kate McIntyre, Bill Medina, Ellen Morgan, Kristin Seaton, Sydney Soderberg, Kristen Stelljes, Steve Thompson, Carmen Wilson.
