Organizational Project Grants Guidelines, General Information, and Application Form
Any nonprofit organization or local governmental unit in Saline County wishing to develop a community-based cultural project that will build community and change the lives of Salina residents may apply.
Application cannot be made online. Applications must be postmarked on or before the deadline date (December 1, 2011) to be eligible for consideration. Send to: Salina Arts and Humanities, P.O. Box 2181, Salina, KS 67402-2181.

Any highly skilled visual, performing, literary, and interdisciplinary artist who has demonstrated a seriousness to his/her art form, but who has not yet firmly established a career as a full-time practicing artist is invited to apply.
Grants are available only to residents of Saline County, Kansas, who have been in residence for at least one year prior to the application due date (September 1, 2011.)

Horizons Enrichment Grant Guidelines, General Information, and Application Form
Any nonprofit organization or local governmental unit in Saline County, whether arts or non-arts, is eligible to apply for funding, however, non-arts organizations must demonstrate a logical and long-term commitment to developing the arts and cultural infrastructure of Salina.
