Any nonprofit organization or local governmental unit in Saline County wishing to develop a community-based cultural project that will build community and change the lives of Salina residents may apply.

Application cannot be made online. Applications must be postmarked on or before the deadline date (December 1, 2009) to be eligible for consideration. Send to: Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, P.O. Box 2181, Salina, KS 67402-2181.
